Most owners already know something is off. What they don't have is the specific answer — which channel is quietly losing money, which segment of the customer list has been ignored, which part of the funnel drops people. Guessing at that is how marketing budgets disappear.

The Strategy Audit is two focused weeks inside your actual numbers. Not a discovery call, not a pitch deck with stock photography — your customer database, your ad accounts, your site analytics, and your lifecycle pipeline, read end to end and graded against your vertical.

How it runs

  1. Access, not interviews

Read-only access to the systems that already hold the answers — CRM or shop system, ad platforms, analytics, email and SMS. The work starts in the data, not in a questionnaire.

  2. Segmentation and grading

Customers segmented by value, recency, and behavior. Revenue broken out by job or product. Every ad account graded against benchmarks for your industry rather than against last month.

  3. The roadmap

A prioritized list of moves, each with the projected revenue impact and the effort behind it. Ordered so the first item pays for the rest.

What you keep

The report and the roadmap are yours. If the next step is Build + Launch, great. If it's handing the roadmap to your existing team or another shop, that works too — it's written to be executed by whoever holds it, not to lock you in.

Who it fits

Operating businesses with enough history to read — a customer list, some ad spend, a site with traffic. If you're pre-revenue there isn't enough signal yet, and the honest answer is to say so rather than sell you a report about an empty database.

What you get

  • Benchmarked performance report across CRM, ads, site, and lifecycle
  • Customer segmentation by value, recency, and behavior
  • Revenue-by-job or revenue-by-product breakdown
  • Prioritized roadmap with projected revenue impact per item
  • A walkthrough call — the report explained, not emailed and abandoned

Every engagement starts with a conversation.

Five questions, read personally. No sales bots, no drip sequences.
